Competenze

• A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Home Health experience a plus.
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Mansioni

• Assess/screen patient's daily living skills and develop therapeutic programs.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction as per physician orders.
• Coordinate care planning activities with other healthcare team members.

Good organizational and communication skills

Current CPR certification

Formazione

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Current and unrestricted OT licensure
