Qualifications

• ND/MN licensure required or eligible for licensure as an OT.
• Experience in home health care, outpatient therapy, or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating a patient’s condition and needs
• Developing treatment plans to address a patient’s needs and help them meet specific goals
• Assessing a patient’s home and/or work environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient’s needs and improve independence
• Training patients and their caregivers to use special equipment
