Elara Caring in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will provide skilled OT services in patients' homes, collaborate with care teams, and help patients regain independence.

The role requires an active OT license, a degree from an accredited program, at least one year of clinical experience, ability to lift 50 lbs and travel between patient homes using a vehicle; drivers license or reliable transport is required.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum one year of clinical care experience.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
