Responsibilities

• Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by state law and plan of care, using evidence-based techniques.
• Evaluates functional status and ADLs, and consults with the physician in care planning.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments using functional ability tests.
