Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts OT license.
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a patient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Help patients maximize independence and safely remain in their homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, techniques, and strategies for daily living.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional development.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
