Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking an in-home Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate assessments and therapy in patients' homes in the St. Louis area. You will assess needs, design personalized plans, and promote independence in daily activities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document care using EMR, and support a growth-oriented healthcare environment.
