MedCadre seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based rehabilitation, assess functional needs, and design individualized plans to improve daily activities and safety in patients’ homes.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers, educating families on home programs while ensuring documentation and infection control standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NBCOT certification preferred or required as applicable.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments in patients’ homes.

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a home-based caseload.
