Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Deliver hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to promote mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.
3. Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and strategies for maintaining progress.
4. Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

1. Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
4. Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
6. Tablet or laptop with internet service to access our EMR program at the patient’s home.
