Job summary

A leading physical therapy practice is seeking Home Care Occupational Therapists in Port Reading, NJ. This role offers an opportunity for flexible hours, where you can create your own schedule. Candidates must have a valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist License, experience with Medicare, and a passion for enhancing patient care. Competitive hourly rates of $55 - $65 are available, with additional benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience with Medicare billing and documentation is required.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to older adults in their home/community.
• Assess patients and develop rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain timely communication with the coordinator for scheduling.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Attend company meetings to discuss clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Occupational Therapist License

Responsibilities

• The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
