Job summary

SportsMed is a fast-growing multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey. We seek an Occupational Therapist to lead rehab programs for hand therapy alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will perform evaluations, set recovery goals, and develop individualized plans of care.

New Jersey OT license required; new grads welcome. Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, signing bonus up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k)

• NJ OT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial occupational therapy evaluations and establish recovery goals.
• Develop plans of care based on findings.
• Document evaluations and treatments accurately.
• Educate patients and appropriate parties on plans and progress.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, SportsMed providers, and team members.
