Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity therapy. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to restore function and improve patient quality of life.

You will collaborate with a hand surgeon and experienced hand therapists, provide supervision to support staff, and have mentorship opportunities for Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) certification to advance in this specialty.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho and/or Oregon.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized hand and upper-extremity therapy programs to restore function and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with a hand surgeon and experienced hand therapists to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho and/or Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
