Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper-extremity therapy to deliver individualized care for orthopedic outpatients. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to restore function and improve quality of life.

You will work closely with a hand surgeon and experienced therapists, provide guidance to support staff, and have opportunities for mentorship toward Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) as part of

Qualifications

• Active OT licensure in Idaho or Oregon.
• BLS certification required at hire (ACLS/PALS accepted if held).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement individualized hand/upper-extremity therapy to restore function.
• Collaborate with hand surgeon and therapists to develop treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to support personnel to maintain high standards.
