Job Overview

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist‑Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists who are eligible to sit for the exam. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) – accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post‑op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
