Delaware Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate therapy team in Georgetown, DE. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT certification in DE.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
• Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions.
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.
