Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, direct treatments, and discharge planning.
