Stadium Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role with a retention bonus opportunity. You will provide direct patient care, administer treatment plans under physician direction, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered rehab.

Applicants must hold a valid COTA license/registration and ideally have experience in long-term or geriatric care; we offer

Competenze

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.

• Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
• Administer treatment programs with goals set to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in rehab methods.
