PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a clinic setting in the San Antonio, TX area, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on pediatric assessment, goal-directed interventions, and family collaboration to support development.

Qualified candidates will have Texas OT licensure and an OT degree (MS/PhD preferred; bachelor’s considered with accreditation). The schedule is flexible with options for 4x10s or 3x12s and on-site cross-discipline mentorship.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Master's or Doctorate in OT required unless accredited with a bachelor’s degree.
• Pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify needs.
• Develop individualized OT plans and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other therapists to support child development.
• Deliver therapy in a clinic setting with pediatric patients.
