Job summary

New York Community Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive Skilled Nursing Facility team, focusing on patient-centered care and therapist well-being. In this full-time, in-person role, you will provide sub-acute rehab and long-term care OT services, maintain 8-hour productivity, deliver mainly one-on-one sessions, and complete documentation in Net Health and PointClickCare.
