Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Colchester, CT. The position offers competitive pay ($34–$40/hour) and a setting in SNF/Long-Term Care, with schedule flexibility and strong clinical support.

You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
