Job summary

Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton, CA seeks an Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct treatment programs aimed at restoring physical, social and mental function. You will work as co-leader in an interdisciplinary care team and develop individualized care plans.

Requires a Master’s or Doctor of Occupational Therapy and state licensure; CPR/BLS certification is required. Two years of OT experience are preferred, with strong documentation and supervision duties included.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
