Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to float across six acute care units, including Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, and Step-down, at a 300+ bed teaching hospital in Denver, CO. You’ll see 7–8 patients daily and receive 6 weeks of individualized mentorship on day one.

You’ll engage in a clinical ladder with leadership growth tracks, collaborating with 40+ therapists to support patient outcomes and career progression. Eligible for PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Desire to treat highly complex cases.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Float among six Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down, and more to support patient care needs.
• Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care to deliver high-quality therapy.
• Provide mentorship and training with a structured clinical ladder to advance clinical leadership.
• Deliver patient-centered OT services and participate in care coordination across units.
