Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent role at a 400+ bed teaching hospital in the San Antonio area. You will float across six acute care units including Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU and Step-down, caring for a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.

You will receive six weeks of individualized mentorship on day one and participate in a clinical ladder with leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Desire to treat highly complex cases.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Float among six Acute Care Units (Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down, and more).
• See an average of 7-8 patients per day in acute care.
• 6 weeks of individualized mentorship and training provided on day 1.
• Clinical ladder program with a leadership growth track to support career progression.
• Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care.
