LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain accurate documentation. New graduates are welcome with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• OT degree from AOTA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT.
• NBCOT certification (if required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.
