Renewal Rehab, located in Aledo, Illinois, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a team focused on high-quality care and professional growth. This full-time role is set in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, and maintain regulatory documentation. Mentorship is available for new graduates as part of the supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
