Job summary

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who is passionate about helping residents achieve maximum independence, function, and quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.General PurposeThe Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats residents, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, communicates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
