Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility.

You will assess and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.

What You'll Do:
