Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Delaware. Join a growing team dedicated to high-quality care and professional development in a skilled nursing facility setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure all regulatory documentation and physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
