Job summary

Sierra Valley Rehab Center in Porterville, CA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide therapies to residents in a post-acute care setting. The OT will supervise COTAs and aides, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery goals.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $60–$65 and requires CA OT licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a licensed and compassionate **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our therapy team.### **Position Summary:**As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions for residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
