Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes regulatory documentation, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement within Enhance Therapies' family of brands.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
