Tender Touch Rehab Services in Shrewsbury, NJ is hiring an Occupational Therapist (FT). NEW GRADS WELCOME!! Sign-On Bonus up to $5000. This full-time role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting, offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, creating care plans, collaborating with a care team, and ensuring regulatory documentation is current. Must hold valid OT license and NBCOT where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You'll Do:
