Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy as required.
• NBCOT certification and full state licensure to practice OT.
• Ability to perform comprehensive functional assessments and develop plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, comprehensive assessment of functional and occupational roles.
• Perform evaluations using standardized and non-standardized tools.
• Deliver OT services under HBPC in Geriatrics and Extended Care programs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to coordinate care.
