Position Overview

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized occupational therapy services to our patients within the familiar and supportive environment of their homes. You will work closely with patients to assess their functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve overall quality of life.

This is a PRN position (NOT FULL-TIME), meaning you will be working with us on an as-needed basis.You will be hired as a W2 employee, not as an independent contractor.
