AdvantageCare Rehab in McKeesport, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to empower patients to regain independence through personalized, evidence-based interventions. You will work in a therapist-led, collaborative environment that values clinical autonomy and continuous growth.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license or eligible.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Patient-first mindset with drive to make meaningful, lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental barriers to function.
• Develop and implement individualized ADL-focused treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to restore independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for whole-person care.
• Educate on home safety and long-term strategies.
• Document evaluations and progress accurately.
