Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement customized therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Iowa OT license or eligibility for board exams.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Experience preferred but we invest in new grads.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Education

State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License or eligible to sit for board exams
