Qualifications

• State of Iowa OT license or eligible to sit for board exams.
• Experience preferred, but new grads eligible for opportunity.
• Strong interest in rehabilitation and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
