Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting near Chicago Ridge, IL. Must be licensed in the state and ready to provide comprehensive patient care.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OT, if required by state.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and obtain up-to-date physician orders.
