Enhance Therapies' Renewal Rehab unit is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Chicago Ridge, IL. You will evaluate patients, build tailored care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

The role requires a valid OT license, NBCOT certification where state requirements apply, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT OTR certification if required by state
• Current OT license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements and obtain/update physician orders
