Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Full-Time position in Illinois. Must be licensed to apply, with opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain compliant documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
