Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time work in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in Illinois. Compensation is $36.00-$43.00 per hour. Must hold OT degree and state license; NBCOT may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an OT in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
