Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their in-house rehab program in a skilled nursing facility in Georgia. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by state)
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
