Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full‑time role in a skilled nursing facility/long‑term care setting. The in‑house management client offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive health benefits.

The OT will evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation, ensuring orders are current and accurate. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OT‑R, if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice (Georgia).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
