Job summary

Rehab Advisors is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Powder Springs, GA. The role supports an in-house therapy program within a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting, under Enhance Therapies. Must be licensed and NBCOT certified if required by the state.

New grads are welcome to apply. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and document thoroughly to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
