Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist - PT to join our dedicated team. A licensed OT is required to apply, with NBCOT designation preferred. The role offers a salary between $75,000 and $98,000 per year and permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• OT holds a current license/registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities and adjust as indicated while observing precautions.
