Job summary

Casa of Hobart in Hobart, Indiana is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment to residents with neurological deficits and functional limitations. The role supports program development, patient care, and compliance with OBRA rights and certifications.

The OT will work under the Program Manager and Regional Manager, coordinating with the care team to deliver high-quality therapy, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain professional standards in a facility

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with disabilities, neurological deficits, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement therapeutic programs in coordination with the care team.
• Attend facility meetings, in-services, and participate in care planning.
• Ensure compliance with OBRA residents' rights and applicable regulations.
• Maintain professional presence and schedule residents appropriately.
• Assist in meeting certification standards at the facility.
