Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting in Illinois. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

You will maintain regulatory documentation, ensure all orders are current, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented professional environment with immigration support for H1B candidates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification if required by the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
