Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility in Summer Hill, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and document to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
