Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT/OT license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with upper extremity therapy.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend therapy needs of patients as scheduled.
• Perform 2-3 procedures and 1-2 modalities per patient as needed.
• Complete evaluations and daily notes within 2 working days.
• Maintain CMS-Medicare compliance and billing documentation.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
