Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is actively seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Indiana’s skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Earn $75,000–$90,000 yearly in a supportive environment with comprehensive benefits, flexible schedules, and ongoing clinical education. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (BS/MS/MA/OTD).
• NBCOT certification (OTR) as required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
