Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents, working closely with rehabilitation colleagues.

This role supports both full-time and per diem hours, and comes with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must be licensed Occupational Therapists and are expected to collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
