Job summary

M2 HEALTHCARE LTD in New York is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate Residents, develop treatment plans, and help them perform daily activities independently in a long-term care setting. You will monitor progress, document care, and ensure a safe, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Must hold current NY OT license.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Residents and develop treatment plans to meet needs.
• Select activities to help Residents perform daily tasks independently.
• Monitor Residents as they carry out assigned tasks.
• Observe progress and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Assist in rehabilitating Residents after injury or illness.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of care services.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
